Swast Group (Grishma Health Food) products are shipped from our facility in Mumbai.

We only use established and reputed courier and delivery services.

• Delivery time for your order will be provided to you at the time of placing the order and depends on your delivery address.
• All our deliveries are made on weekdays between 10.00 am and 6.00 pm
• All deliveries must be signed by the buyer or a person assigned by him. However, we accept no responsibilities if a person other than the buyer signs a delivery.
• Any shortages or damages must be reported to the customer care with in 12 hours of receiving the delivery. We are not responsible for any damages after delivery.
• Delivery time and charges are based on the volume / weight of the order and the delivery location. The same will be provided at the time of ordering.
